Delivery Unit

We can perform delivery of RNA via nanoparticle packaging both in vitro and in vitro using NanoAssemblr technology from Precision NanoSystems.​

​Using an off-the-shelf lipid (Genvoy-ILM), the core can deliver siRNAs, miRNAs, mRNA, and more.  Additionally, clients can use their own lipids and test novel formulation parameters with the NanoAssemblr Instruments.

NanoAssemblr Spark

The NanoAseemblr Spark formulates small volumes of LNP ideal for proof of concept studies and in vitro experiments.

This machine is the simplest with built in numbered presets based on intended volume output

 


 

NanoAssemblr Ignite+

The NanoAssemblr Ignite formulates volumes from 1-60 mL of LNP, ideal for both in vitro and in vivo studies.

Great for scaling up handmixing experiments!

Allows for optimization of formulations with adjustable flow rates and  flow rate ratios.

Can formulate nanoparticles with polymers, lipids, RNA, or DNA.

 


 

 

Genvoy-ILM

A proprietary lipid mix from Precision Nanosystems that produces consistent LNPs with an RNA of choice.

We carry a with and without dye option for visualization of delivery to target cells and tissues.

 

 


 

Malvern Zetasizer Pro Nano DLS

The Zetasizer provides exceptionally high performance and entry-level systems that incorporate combinations of a particle size analyzer, zeta potential analyzer, molecular weight analyzer, protein mobility, and microrheology measurements. Particles and molecules can be analyzed from less than a nanometer in size to several microns.
